The Company
Ronce was established on 2015 by two partners- Ryan Chayen & Eric Bloom. At first by managing SFH constructions in Israel and later on by leading a group of investors through various projects in Atlanta, GA.
The company then grew its investors group which acquired land in a few large, long-term development projects which are now under development. We have vast experience in purchasing and developing land for residential real estate in large projects both in Israel and the US.
Today the company has expanded its operations and focuses on investment opportunities in central Europe.
According to our client's needs and expectations we will locate the best investment vehicle and together we will create value through various projects from purchasing, Permits and re-zoning through development and up to marketing stage.
Ronce is a home for a unique group of investors aiming to grow their wealth through various real estate projects managed by a reliable, transparent and professional team.
Private SFH
Private construction is a complicated, time consuming and intensive process. It requires vast knowledge, management skills and precision.
More over it requires a reliable partner to help you fulfill your vision.
We will guide you through the planning process and manage the construction for you. We will walk you through it from feasibility studies through permits and planning up to construction and deliver according to your personal preferences and style.
Renovations
For investors who are looking for short term projects, we recommend our renovation projects. Our projects vary from a single apartment suitable for Airbnb to complete 3-4 story buildings or boutique hotels.
A renovation project can take somewhat between 4-12 months depending on the scale of the project.
Land Development
Our strategy is to purchase large traks of land by a syndication of investors in developing areas. Then we take it through re-zoning & planning process with our local team and up to the final planning and developing of the neighborhood or buildings.
Development projects would take between 3-5 years.
